Future Projects delivers its aims through a four stage approach to overcoming social exclusion.

This approach is critical in delivering our key aims to:
- • Increase basic, life and existing skill levels to contribute to all sectors of the local economy.
- • Provide transferable skills for other key sectors of the economy.
- • Offer information, advice and guidance through mentoring to young people, their families and to adults.
- • Promote access to activities that contribute to economic well-being, life long learning and personal achievement.
- • Offer alternative curriculum education inclusion for those at risk of exclusion from high school aged 14-16.
- • Offer a centre for community based activity; delivering multi-media training and ICT facilities.
- • Offer support to the most vulnerable via an open access support service.
Future Projects has developed a blueprint that demonstrates best practice for engaging with the hardest to reach. One that can be replicated amongst similar community based provision, creating opportunities for participants from the wider Norfolk area and beyond.
