We believe that a four stage, cultural planning approach enables us to best achieve our ultimate goal of enabling disadvantaged communities to overcome social exclusion. This approach consists of the following:

1. Engage – whether it be a simple cup of tea and a kind ear or active intervention we aim to engage with those who need our support and develop relationships of real trust
2. Inspire – we aim to inspire individuals to understand and raise their aspirations and work towards their goals
3. Educate – we will provide individuals and groups with access to knowledge, skills, confidence, training and facilities in order to support their development
4. Support – we will provide the practical and emotional support needed to enable individuals to reach their goals and will always make ourselves available
