Daniel Childerhouse | Senior Executive Officer
Daniel is responsible for managing and overseeing the charity and its service delivery as well as maintaining the organisation’s policies & procedures.

Lucie Fox | Funding Manager (MInstF)
Lucie manages the development and delivery of the fundraising strategy targeting government funding streams, trusts and foundations, and income generation to support the portfolio of programmes and activities. Lucie oversees the finance department, and project management of funded activities, to ensure completion to time and budget.

Dennis Freeman | School Manager
The School Manager is responsible for ensuring that the school functions effectively, enabling the school to realize its belief that every young person is entitled to a full time education that is tailored to nurture and support young people who are, for whatever reason, unable to achieve their full potential in the mainstream education system.

Terry Lee | Radio Manager
Radio Manager is responsible for the managing the day to day operations of Future Radio and coordinating the core staff team, and extensive volunteer base, that enables the station to operate full time.

Sally Fox | Baseline Manager
The Baseline Manager is responsible for managing the staff of the Baseline Support and Baseline in Breckland projects. The Baseline Manager works with a caseload of clients to whom she provides support, advice and guidance on a variety of issues.

Michael Howard | Children in Need Project Coordinator and Music Course Leader
Michael is responsible for managing the Children in Need project, and for coordinating delivery of music related courses and specific funded music programmes.

Will Wilson | BE Programme Coordinator
Will manages our 5 year funded Lottery programme called ‘BE’. The programme is geared towards young people aged 10-25 and aims to develop the relationships between young people and support services. Will also manages the music studios.
